How We Handle Your Information
Information We Collect
When you contact us for an estimate or service, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, the service address, and a description of the situation. We collect only what is necessary to respond to your request and perform the remediation.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to schedule and perform cleanup services, communicate with you about your project, coordinate with your insurance provider, and fulfill our legal and regulatory obligations. We never use your data for unsolicited marketing.
Information Sharing & Disclosure
We share your information only with parties necessary to complete the work โ your insurance adjuster, waste disposal partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, ever.
Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. Access is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to perform their duties. All client records are stored securely and retained only as long as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Confidentiality & Discretion
Given the sensitive nature of biohazard remediation, we treat every case with strict confidentiality. Our technicians arrive in unmarked vehicles, and we never disclose client details, service locations, or case information to neighbors, media, or third parties without your explicit consent or a legal obligation.
Cookies & Website Analytics
Our website may use basic cookies and analytics to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time without affecting your ability to contact us.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Terms Governing Our Services
Service Description
911 Bio Cleaning provides professional biohazard remediation, crime scene cleanup, trauma cleanup, and related environmental restoration services in Miami-Dade County, Florida. All work is performed by OSHA- and IICRC-certified technicians in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Not a Substitute for Emergency Services
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 first. Our services address the aftermath of an incident and are not a substitute for emergency medical care, law enforcement, or mental health crisis intervention. We coordinate with first responders but do not replace them.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes once remediation begins. In most cases, biohazard cleanup is covered by your homeowner's, renter's, or property insurance, and we bill your provider directly. Any out-of-pocket costs will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, grant our team safe access to the affected area, and authorize the agreed-upon work. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any hazards, structural concerns, or access restrictions before remediation begins.
Limitation of Liability
911 Bio Cleaning performs services in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden hazards not disclosed at assessment, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
No Medical or Legal Advice
Information on this website and provided by our team is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or insurance advice. Consult qualified professionals for guidance specific to your situation.
